The Crystal Wellness Coach
It is no surprise to me that science chalks up crystal healing as "pseudoscience", and "fantastical" ideas modeled off of Chinese, Hindu, and Japanese traditions. Crystals are 100% fantastical, I agree! But, today I am writing this blog because they have a practical use. Annndd, naysayers are not the appropriate people to define what Crystal Therapy is.
Here's why!
The facts are, Universal Healing Energy and Etheric Energy Field's - are not owned by any culture, region or "belief" system. Ok? Can we all agree on this as homo sapiens' ? We are all complex humans that evolved in seperate cultures, under different "pressure" and within a multitude of different environments. Much like crystals and rocks! We all have a personal language within ourselves, and the world around us.
You and I, we own our energy, completely, and the behaviors and patterns you create in life. To believe the energy in your body only exists as it is known to a select region, traditional belief, or name -- is a very limiting belief. Too limiting, and absolutes are not fluid, they are resistant energy.
Here are 11 Crystal Clear Points: The Case for Crystals in Energy Healing Practices
1) Energy is all around us, throughout our body, and inside every piece of matter in our infinite Universe. So, although it is important to give credit to traditions and cultures that inspired you, or you may practice -- energy itself cannot be owned, and neither can the major and minor energy systems of the human body.
2) These systems are measurable, they're around organs, glands, brain, heart, tissue, etc.
A. Call them whatever you want, language doesn't matter. Energy transcends mere words or symbols. It won't affect change whether you call them "meridians", "centers", "chakras" - EMF's - you need only to recognize they're definitely real, and medical science has already proved this is the case with devices that measure these exact currents.
3) The only "belief" required to work with them is in the acknowledgment of these unseen currents.
4) Crystals act as a conduit, just like Acupuncture, minus the skin and muscle piercing. It's essentially a noninvasive form of acupuncture. I can place them on a grid, body, rooms, etc. to influence the energy currents.
5) Crystals and stones used for healing therapy, enchanting, carving intentions in for protection, and other forms of magick -- are ancient. We are just beginning to discover the wisdom of our ancient past! Let's not jump to a conclusion before we actually do the studies to unlock these ancient secrets!
6) Just like the body - our homes, rooms, "space", pets, etc. -- have energy points that can be influenced with conduits to channel all of this measurable free energy! It is fantastical, the Universe really inspires awesome feelings of wonderment!
Ok.. Let's break there. Those are 6 out of 11, only continue when you've really though about the above references. And, ponder examples you've experienced that are supported by my personal reasons and crystal clear points to use crystals in holistic medicine.
In researching this blog I found an overwhelming amount of negative, doubtful articles that failed to really describe, from a practitioners perspective, what Crystal Therapy IS.
They also fail to note the lack of serious studies.
Here is what I found missing from my research - they never discuss how human bias can influence results in scientific theories!
I try to keep this in mind every time a study is presented. Mindset predetermines the end result.
Here are the Final 5 Crystal Clear Points
1) Something is proven if it's repeatable. Ask these questions: how was that "something' studied, are there obvious flaws? Remember this: Beware of any study that is unclear about how the info was collected and measured, especially if they can't or won't tell you.
2) The fact that bias can influence end results is a major brass tack for holistic practitioners. The ultimate question is - did the study intend to prove or disprove something?
3) That also means: Our thoughts are energetic! And, this energy is measurable.
Why Does That Matter?
Thoughts are the driving force towards a destination or goal. Did you focus on where you wanted the energy to flow? Because this is the first lesson in any energy practice.
A)Reiki, for example, heavily relies on the will of the student. As a coach, I can show you something, but I can't interpret, perceive or process the information for you. The same with the direction or focus the information influences in students.
B) This theory can also be applied to: intentional magick, manifesting practices, chanting, etc. All ancient wisdoms rely on a common denominator. The power of the mind-- and that is not exclusive to religious beliefs, it's now rooted in science!
4) Crystals are just tools, if you use them correctly, you might experience something outside of the status quo. Consider what results you are focused on. What energy are you calling up?
5) Crystals cannot heal cancer, and energy doesn't cause cancer. I have never claimed otherwise, and I personally do not know a holistic healer who has. I do state that energy influences what manifests on the physical plane, once it become physical, you do need palliative care. And, Crystal Healing CAN help balance the well being in that specific "mind, body, spirit" receiving palliative care.
